Reward the customers
who keep coming back.
Give each member tier its own workmanship, lock a member gold rate if you offer one, and let points build up on every sale for customers to spend at the counter. Joining and renewing happen right on the sale.
- Member tiers
- Upah per tier
- Member gold rates
- Points earned and spent
- Join or renew at the counter
Membership that works while you sell.
- 1
Look the customer up
By phone, name or IC. Their tier, member card number and points show on the sale.
- 2
Their price applies
The tier’s workmanship and any member rate price the piece. Nobody works it out by hand.
- 3
Points add up
A paid sale earns points on its goods value, for tiers that earn them.
- 4
Spend them as payment
Points are a tender at the counter, beside cash, card, QR and transfer.
The member’s price, without asking.
Pick the customer and Mayam knows their tier. The workmanship, the rate and the points follow from it.
- Tiers from walk-in to your top level, named your way
- Workmanship per tier, per gram or per piece
- A points ledger behind every balance, earned and spent
- Membership fees kept out of your sales figures
Membership, day to day.
- A walk-in wants to join today
- Add the membership on the same sale and pick the tier. Their member price applies straight away.
- A membership has expired
- Renew it on the sale as its own line. Join date and expiry stay on the customer’s record.
- A customer asks for their points
- The balance is on their record, with every point earned and spent listed behind it.
- Upah differs by tier
- Set the workmanship for each tier on the category, or per piece for pieces priced individually.
- Your old system has the member list
- We bring members across with their tier and points, so nobody has to sign up again.
Membership questions,

What gold shop owners ask us about members in Mayam.
Mayam comes with a walk-in level and member tiers you can rename to match your shop, for example Ahli Biasa, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each with its own workmanship.
Points are earned on the goods value of each paid sale, for tiers you mark as earning points. They are spent at the counter as a payment, at a rate your shop sets, with an optional minimum.
Yes, if you switch member rates on. You lock a member rate beside the ordinary one each morning; leave it blank and members pay the ordinary rate.
It is charged on the sale but kept out of sales figures and staff sales, and shown as its own income line in profit and loss.
Yes. We import your member list with tiers and points when you switch, and each opening balance is recorded so it adds up from day one.
