MAYAM
Gold Inventory · Mayam POS

Every piece of gold, by weight.
Every tray, accounted for.

Mayam keeps each piece as its own record: serial, purity, weight, tray and cost. Receive stock by weighing it against the supplier’s invoice, count trays by scanning, and see what your stock is worth at today’s rate.

  • One record per piece
  • Barcode tags
  • Count by tray
  • Supplier invoices
  • Valued at today’s rate
From Supplier to Tray

Stock in, checked, tagged and counted.

  1. 1

    Key the supplier’s invoice

Pieces, total weight, gold rate and upah as printed on the supplier’s paper.

  2. 2

    Weigh each piece

By form or CSV. Mayam sets your weighed total against the paper’s, and a gap needs a reason.

  3. 3

    Tag and tray

Confirming creates each piece with its serial and cost, and prints its barcode tag.

  4. 4

    Count by scan

Count one tray or all of them: scan the serials, see what’s missing.

Stock on Hand

What’s in the trays, and what it’s worth today.

Stock reports group by purity and tray and value everything at today’s locked rate, so the figure means something on the day you read it.

  • Serial, design code, purity, weight and dimensions per piece
  • Cost per piece, shared from the supplier invoice by weight
  • Weight changes after repair or resizing kept with a reason
  • Nothing is deleted: a removed piece keeps its reason and history
Gold Shop Situations

The stock questions that keep owners up.

The supplier’s weight doesn’t match yours
The invoice won’t confirm until the gap is explained, so a short delivery is caught on the day it arrives.
A piece is missing from a tray
Print the count sheet or scan the tray. Mayam lists what should be there and isn’t.
A ring is resized
Record the new weight with the reason. Its history keeps both weights.
Where did this piece come from?
Each piece’s timeline shows when it was received, moved, sold, bought back or adjusted, and by whom.
Preloved pieces priced differently
Put them in a tray marked preloved and they price at your preloved rate automatically.
