Your gold shop clients,
already in the books.
Mayam posts each sale, buyback and expense to Bukku as it happens and sends the LHDN e-invoices from the shop’s own MyInvois login. You spend month-end checking, not chasing receipts and keying them in.
- Bukku sync
- LHDN MyInvois direct
- Self-billed buybacks
- Monthly consolidation
- CSV reports
Every counter document, posted once and correctly.
- 1
Sales
Each invoice becomes a Bukku sales invoice, gold and workmanship on separate lines, with the customer as a contact.
- 2
Buybacks
Each buyback becomes a self-billed purchase bill from an individual supplier, as gold bought from the public should be.
- 3
Voids and expenses
A voided sale raises a credit note. Shop expenses go to Bukku as Money Out to the right account.

Status you can see
Every document shows whether it is pending, synced or failed, with the error, and a nightly job re-queues stragglers.
The full e-invoice set for a gold shop, filed for you.
Mayam submits straight to LHDN MyInvois with the shop’s own ERP credentials, so the shop stays the taxpayer of record and nothing passes through a third party.
- Sales e-invoices when the customer asks for one
- Self-billed e-invoices for every buyback
- Each outlet’s monthly consolidated e-invoice for walk-in sales
- Cancellation within 72 hours, otherwise a credit note
The questions you usually have to ask the shop.
- Where are the buyback records?
- Already in Bukku as purchase bills, each with the seller and the self-billed e-invoice behind it.
- Each outlet is its own company
- Each outlet files under its own TIN and LHDN login, so every company’s e-invoices stay under the right taxpayer.
- A document didn’t reach Bukku
- It shows as failed with Bukku’s error, and the shop’s manager can resend it once fixed.
- You need the numbers in a spreadsheet
- Daily sales, sales by staff, stock on hand, the buyback register and e-invoice status all export to CSV.
- The owner wants profit, not just sales
- Mayam’s profit and loss puts revenue, cost of the pieces sold, expenses and commission on one page for any period and outlet.
