The questions before a switch.
- Will my receipt numbers start again from 1?
- No. Mayam continues your existing series, so a number already printed on a customer’s receipt is never issued twice.
- Some old rows are messy
- They go on an exceptions report, for example a missing weight or a duplicate serial, for a decision rather than a silent guess.
- We run the import twice
- Imports are safe to repeat: rows already in are recognised and not doubled.
- One of our outlets has closed
- Its history comes over too, so past invoices from that branch can still be found.
- We use a system other than Sankyu
- Send us a sample export. We review what it holds and tell you what comes across before you decide.
